We usually tell you the root-cause emotions we're sensing while we hold the space energetically, our hands hovering over where they live in your body. You may or may not feel the process. The release happens regardless.
Yes. Energy work isn't bound by physical distance. If you can't make it in person, we offer distance sessions too. Reach out and we'll find a time.
