Energy work, simply put

We are all made of energy, and carry vibrations within our bodies. When emotions go unexpressed, they stay inside the body and manifest as vibrations, the memory of the emotion.

Left unaddressed, these emotions can manifest as the mental cycles we feel trapped in, and even physical ailments. Sometimes they aren't even ours. They get passed down from family, or collected from others in our travels.

Make space to let go

The intention of a session is to bring awareness to the emotions that exist within us, and to give them the place to be expressed and released, so they don't stay in the body.

Our goal is to locate the root-cause emotions creating blockages, those behind emotional and physical ailments and the cycles within a person. Then we hold the space for that emotion so it can be let go of.

What actually happens

Usually, we verbally share with the client what their root-cause emotions are, while we energetically hold the space, our hands hovering over the place in the body where it resides.

You may or may not feel this process, but the release occurs regardless. A session with the Dragon's Foot is a sure way to get to the bottom of the cycles you feel trapped in, and to process the feelings and vibrations that live within, in a safe and calm environment.
